Many of those present who live in the world seem the product of the worst nightmares. Disturbing presents full of negative feelings. Nightmares come to be considered a sleep disorder and are more frequent if there is stress and anxiety in the day to day, which is why nightmares can reach the REM Phase, which is where dreams are born
The Idea / Campaign.
DREAM A BETTER NOW / SLEEP BETTER
If you have a good preamble to sleep, there are better chances of dreaming well, of reimagining many presents, so that the nightmares that are lived, become more purposeful presents.
Hence the idea to announce the release of this album called REM PHASE, a work that is part of the sound project Camara de Sueños, in which sound is addressed in a therapeutic way to help people who suffer from anxiety, depression, lack of concentration, and in this case chronic insomnia.
It is a 40 minute accompaniment to relax your mind and cycle it into a neutral vibration so that you find a kinder sleep. It is an invitation to build a better world based on better dreams.
