Bayer utiliza o universo dos games para incentivar crianças a se cuidar melhor

Pode parecer complicado inovar na indústria de remédios e fármacos. Mas, por incrível que pareça, a Bayer deu um passo a frente e provou que isso é pura acomodação.

No ano passado, a unidade britânica da Bayer anunciou o lançamento do Didget, um medidor de glicose no sangue para ser usado no Nintendo DS. Ele incentiva crianças a fazerem o teste regularmente. Dependendo do resultado, o jogador recebe pontos que podem ser usados para comprar itens.

Mais recentemente, eles incluíram um serviço que concede também como recompensa, o desbloqueio de fases em jogos famosos para Nintendo DS, como Memory, Snowball Duel e Easter Eggs.

Há pouco tempo, a Nokia tornou gratuito seu serviço de mapas Ovi Maps para navegação via GPS em celulares.

Para chamar a atenção das pessoas sobre o serviço, a Nokia encomendou da agência Farfar, uma grandiosa ação interativa.

Uma estrutura de 50 metros de altura, em forma de signpost (placas de indicação de endereços), foi colocada em um ponto estratégico de Londres, onde apontava, em tempo real, vários locais “favoritados” pelos usuários do serviço de mapas Good Thinks, um produto da Ovi Maps que permite compartilhar e indicar lugares para seus amigos.

Tendências duvidosas #1: o dirigível de controle remoto

Então nossos amigos do marketing recebem aquele brochure bonito da Campus Party e decidem que, sim, vão pagar uma pequena bagatela para estarem presentes como marca no evento. Brifam suas agências (ou não) a respeito de uma ação moderna e descolada para este público geek e antenado.

Aí alguém pensa: vamos levar o ápice da tecnologia. Mas é muito caro.

Então outro pensa: vamos levar uma tecnologia razoavelmente barata, mas que seja simpática.

Eis que surge o dirigível de controle remoto, exibido pela primeira vez aqui na Campus Party pelo Windows SkyDrive.

E então surge um segundo… o do Mercado Livre.

Depois que os organizadores das distintas, porém idênticas, ações se descobrirem, resolveram que cada balão ficará em um canto da enorme Arena da Campus Party.

Não duvido que o pessoal que organizou o terceiro dirigível esteja agora ligando desesperadamente para o cliente para propor algo mais criativo. Talvez sortear estes dirigíveis seja uma excelente solução. Eu gostaria!
