A generosidade e a criatividade das empresas, em tempos de crise, tendem a ser cada vez mais exploradas. Eu já comentei (aqui) sobre dois casos de montadoras que estão trazendo soluções para quem, de fato, vive os momentos difíceis dessa recessão.

Hoje, decidi abordar mais dois exemplos reais de empresas. O primeiro deles é o da Wal-Mart, a rede norte-americana de hipermercados que inaugurou seu novo produto digital, o SaveMoneyLiveBetter.com. O site, criado pela R/GA, New York é um experimento multi-plataforma que, ainda em fase “beta”, sugere e relata casos de consumidores que economizam a grana quando vão às compras na Wal-Mart. O site ainda convida as pessoas a submeterem suas histórias de retenção de gastos.

Na verdade, “Save Money. Live Better” é uma campanha. A mais recente da Wal-Mart. Inclusive já foram veiculados dois filmes (você pode conferir no site) correspondentes ao conceito “Economize Dinheiro. Viva Melhor“.

A espanhola Telefônica também despertou seu instinto generoso, em seu país de origem. Lançou um comercial na TV e um site na internet para transpor uma imagem mais fiel aos consumidores, nestes tempos difíceis. A campanha está sendo toda voltada para os desempregados. A Telfônica tá concedendo descontos especiais e outros produtos e serviços mais acessíveis.
