Já falei antes por aqui sobre a visão humana que a Apple aborda nas campanhas de seus produtos, principalmente para iPhone e iPad. Ao invés de simplesmente mostrar as características dos gadgets com um locutor enfadonho, tentam evocar emoção ao colocar pessoas em situações reais de uso.

Construção de marca passa por isso, mas leva tempo. Sendo assim, concorrentes que procuram um resposta rápida de vendas caem sempre na platitude de campanhas de varejo e exposição de funções com nomes envolvendo siglas indecifráveis.

A Samsung já mostrou querer desviar disso antes, ainda mais tirando sarro do séquito de Apple-fanboys (\o) e dizendo que as pessoas não devem seguir tudo sem questionamento.

Para o Galaxy S III, a marca coreana pegou pesado nessa história de humanizar a tecnologia, ao mesmo tempo que cutuca o adoradores do iPhone – de maneira sutil mas marcante – com a assinatura “Designed for humans”.

O primeiro comercial do novo smartphone da Samsung não fala de nenhuma feature, e mostra até pouco o aparelho para os padrões da marca. O problema é ter feito isso de maneira piegas, com uma sequência de cenas clichês e trilha sonora alta acompanhando frases de efeito.

O objetivo é mostrar o Galaxy S III como um gadget que reconhece sua voz, entender a sua intenção e permite compartilhar seus melhores momentos de maneira fácil e instaânea.
