Ed Hamilton criou um currículo baseado no Google Maps, colocou seus dados pessoais e pontuou todos os pontos no mapas por onde ele já percorreu.

O vídeo abaixo mostra a participação de diversas pessoas na busca das pistas do ARG para o filme “Tron Legacy”, que comentamos aqui há cerca de duas semanas.

A ação aconteceu em 25 cidades pelo mundo, onde as dicas online levavam a um agente nas ruas com a camiseta “Flynn Lives”, entregando códigos que completaram as imagens do site Zero Hour. Esse processo de investigação pelos fãs levou 9 horas e 25 minutos.

Mas isso era só parte do mistério, já que esse mesmo vídeo contem mais códigos no canto superior direito. Colocando todos os números em sequência, uma nova (e bizarra) URL foi revelada: http://5xrp2tk0p10ixnl7ga4e82an3s.net. Era um complicado quebra-cabeça, pelo menos foi o que os produtores imaginaram, mas levou apenas 20 minutos para que os usuários do fórum Unfiction decodificassem a mensagem.

Tudo resolvido, e mais um novo endereço: program-glitch-esc.net. Dessa vez, nada de mais um mistério, e sim o novo (e incrível) trailer do filme em glorioso HD para download.

O intrincado caminho garante uma simples, mas poderosa, situação: os fãs e interessados de verdade é que viram o trailer primeiro. Obviamente, poucas horas depois foi parar no YouTube, publicado inclusive oficialmente pela Disney. Mas ainda assim, o que importa é a recompensa para quem se dedicou.
