Agência Muse encontra estagiário via Draw Something

Na hora em que fui escolher a categoria deste post, confesso que fiquei um pouco em dúvida… Explico: parece brincadeira, mas a agência Muse, de Amsterdã, resolveu encontrar um estagiário via Draw Something. Não, eu não estou brincando. Nem eles. Daí, como isso acabou servindo de propaganda para a própria agência (e de certa forma para o próprio aplicativo), fechei com Advertising.

A ideia dos caras foi simples: eles queriam encontrar pessoas capazes de aplicar, na prática, a filosofia da empresa de que a mensagem deve ser o mais clara possível. E se você já jogou Draw Something, sabe que a pessoa com quem você está jogando só vai conseguir entender qual é a sua palavra, se você conseguir expressa-la claramente em um desenho. E vice-versa. 

Para jogar com o pessoal da Muse, bastava o aplicativo do jogo, adicionar o usuário Drawsome intern e desenhar o que foi pedido. A equipe da agência avaliou os desenhos mais bonitos, estúpidos e geniais – segundo eles mesmos e pediram que algumas pessoas enviassem seus portfolios. Daí selecionaram 10 candidatos e escolheram um. Aqui embaixo você vê os vídeos de recrutamento e resultado.
