Marca de detergente “lava” fotografias comprometedoras dos clientes no Facebook

A empresa fabricante de detergentes Wisk quer aumentar sua presença na rede, e uma de suas primeiras iniciativas é dirigida aos usuários do Facebook. Através de um novo aplicativo, chamado Wisk-it, ela oferece aos membros desta rede social a possibilidade de excluir as fotografias não desejadas mediante avisos aos responsáveis por indexar essas imagens.

Na área de informações do novo aplicativo, se especifica que suas funções serão: encontrar imagens “marcadas” e “não marcadas” de outros usuários e, uma vez localizadas, solicitar sua eliminação aos proprietários. No entanto, o Facebook deixa claro que não se trata de uma iniciativa desenvolvida por seus programadores. (Whooper Sacrifice feelings).
