There were PR lessons to be learned from the SXSW interview between Sarah Lacy and Mark Zuckerberg: Lacy didn't seem well prepped for the interview. She did not seem to know the audience well (which she admitted in a later interview). Those are cardinal sins, and, ironically, common criticisms reporters have about PR people.

Chicago agency, Two by Four, is seeking six interns to lend them a hand this summer. Two will be paid, the other four, not so much.

What complicates the task of a thinking marketer today is that some people know they're being hunted as consumers, not sought as people.
