Here's how I typically consume web video series: I watch episode one, rave about it, then forget to come back for week two. But I've got The Onion's A.V. Club Undercover series marked on my calendar.

“Psoriasis The Naked Truth“: A Wyeth criou uma comunidade online para reunir histórias e fotos de pessoas portadoras de Psoríase, numa forma de amenizar o problema.

“Children with Diabetes“: Comunidade online para crianças e adultos se familiarizarem com questões relacionadas a cura da diabetes, desenvolvida pela Johnson&Johnson em parceria com duas ONGs.

“CFvoice“: Um espaço lúdico de motivação, incentivo e relacionamento para portadores de Fibrose Cística. Um produto da Novartis.

“The PatientsLikeMe Transplants Community“: A Novartis, em parceria com a PatientsLikeMe, também patrocina uma rede social para transplantados, que mesmo em versão beta, já contabiliza mais de 820 membros.

Estas redes sociais ajudam a proporcionar um menor preconceito entre os próprios portadores de doenças que, muitas vezes, acham que são diferentes, únicos, e acabam se sentindo excluídos.

Os problemas sociais são amenizados quando existe um espaço como uma comunidade virtual onde elas podem compartilhar problemas e soluções. Motivação de pessoa para pessoa. É o futuro!

Hands-down, "ReWork" is simply the best business book I've read in years. It's actually readable and entertaining. Chock full of nuggets of business wisdom, disguised in part as common sense, I wish I'd written it myself.

The Nike+ running community had been a success in most of Europe, but uptake in Spain had been disappointing. The brand had been targeting hardcore runners who deemed it "not serious enough," so it needed to engage and educate a broader running target who valued the sociability tools more.
