
FCB, Chicago, has named Dan Fietsam as executive creative director, replacing Jon Flannery who is moving to FCB, Toronto, as chief creative officer. Flannery, who will take the reins of Toronto’s creative department on August 11, will drive campaigns for accounts including Ontario Lottery and Gaming, Sun Life and Mondelez. Fietsam, who reports to Chief Creative Officer Todd Tilford, joins from Energy BBDO, where he served as chief creative officer for six years and led brand work for Wrigley, Bayer, SC Johnson, Frito-Lay, Quaker, Pearle Vision and Anheuser-Busch. His work includes his “Swear Jar” spot for Bud Light, which was awarded an Emmy.
Tennille Teague has joined Pereira & O’Dell, New York, as head of production. Teague will oversee production for east coast clients including Memorial Sloan Kettering, Fox Sports 1, Realtor and New Era. She will report to Pereira & O’Dell’s VP-production, Jeff Ferro, in San Francisco. Teague brings over 14 years of production experience, working with brands including Bud Light, LG, MTV, NHL, Range Rover and Campbell’s. Her agency experience includes production posts at Translation, Y&R, New York, and Mad Dogs & Englishmen. She has been a contributing partner and judge with the Tribeca Film Festival, AICP, AICE and Clios award shows.
Geometry Global, the recently merged entity of G2, OgilvyAction and JWTAction, has hired Andy Wong as creative director for Hong Kong. Wong moves from Grey DPI Group, where he was creative director leading shopper marketing for clients including P&G, Unilever, GSK, Frisco, Meadjohnson, Nestle and Ferrero. This included stints in Guangzhou and Taiwan, where Wong oversaw the development and training of creative teams. In his new role, Wong will work alongside 3-D creative director Wing Lee and report to Kenny Blumenschein, head of creative, focusing on brand activation for BAT, Abbott, Intel and Pernod Ricard.
