Nicole Kidman revisits her Moulin Rouge days in a Schweppes ad where both innocence (personified by a smiling Indian girl) and sexuality (personified by a beguiled house-hubby) vie for her attention.
Diggin’ this surreal and totally retro spot for Matthew Williamson’s H&M line, which Jeremy Dante was kind enough to throw into our periphery.
MINNEAPOLIS (AdAge.com) — Much maligned even when ratings are ready at their scheduled time, Nielsen's daily data delays this week have created new criticism. Some of this is due to terrible timing, as networks selecting shows for upcoming upfront presentations need to know ratings for "bubble" shows facing cancelation or renewal. But while the delays are undoubtedly frustrating, they are oddly reassuring, as what would worry the TV industry even more would be releasing incomplete or inaccurate data. Instead, Nielsen took the time to get it right. Here's results for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

When I mentioned Malaria No More in a recent column about Twitter — So It's Official, Then: Ashton Kutcher Got Punk'd (Sorry, Twit!) — I heard from Emily Bergantino, the organization's communications officer. Would I, she asked, want a guest response from Scott Case, the CEO of Malaria No More? Sure, but actually, I'd rather talk to the guy. Because Timothy "Scott" Case isn't your average charity chief. He is first and foremost a technologist and entrepreneur: His name is on dozens of U.S. patents, including some of the underlying works of Priceline.com, the "Name Your Own Price" travel agency where he was chief technology officer and co-founder. (Before that, he co-founded Precision Training Software, the company behind the first flight simulator for PCs.) And thus Malaria No More is not your average charity.

It’s a shame – after the nice ad they did at Liverpool station they had to ruin it with this follow up. Half an attempt.
