Wife Puts Up Nasty Billboard to Get Revenge on Cheating Husband

Revenge billboards are getting to be a trend. Expensive but emotionally satisfying, they're great for anything from declaring spousal inadequacies to calling out cheaters. This one, in Greensboro, N.C., goes the extra mile by spoofing MasterCard's "Priceless" campaign. It reads: "Michael – GPS tracker – $250, Nikon camera with zoom lens – $1600, Catching my LYING HUSBAND and buying this billboard with our investment account – Priceless. Tell Jessica you're moving in! – Jennifer." Chad Tucker of Fox 8 News broke this story. Hopefully, he can track down Jennifer and film the fisticuffs we're all imagining.

Priceless My Ass

The newest “Priceless” ad shows a young father and his son doing what young father’s and sons do: spending quality time together. It begins with the boy filling up a water glass for his father (no bottled water here) and walks through how the boy helps his father become a better man by showing him how to save the environment by purchasing low-wattage light bulbs and choosing paper over plastic at the grocery store.

Honestly, I have always enjoyed the ads, (and the parodies) feeling that the campaign was well thought-out and made an impact. Until now.

This is a picture of my actual credit card letter that came in the mail prior to President Obama’s “reform” of the industry.

But it doesn’t matter anyway…the whole reform is a scam:

So notwithstanding today’s Obama ballyhoo, companies can and will continue to charge basic rates up to 30 %. Congress could have regulated interest rates limiting them to a few points above prime. But Obama and the Democrats (and, of course, the Republicans almost all of who take contributions from credit card companies) hypocritically caved in.

MasterCard Is still Top Global Credit Card

301thmWe all know that people hate credit cards, particularly when the time comes you have to pay up. But regardless, it seems many people are using them and getting them as long as they can pass the usual credit investigation prior to be approved a card. And among the credit cards in use today, MasterCard came out as the top card globally, adding another feather to its cap.

MasterCard Worldwide has been named the “Best Corporate Cards and Expense Services Provider” by Global Finance magazine for the third consecutive year. The award was bestowed to MasterCard for innovative solutions that enable value and efficiency in commercial payments. MasterCard was selected by the publication’s editors who incorporate input from industry analysts, corporate executives and technology experts in determining the award’s recipient. The results of the exclusive survey are published in the March 2009 issue of the magazine.
