Peres Centre for Peace: Blood Relations

To demonstrate the power of creativity in a troubled region, this unique event brought together Palestinans and Israelis who have lost family members in the conflict to donate their blood, side by side, as a symbolic act of healing. This project came about as a result of BBR Saatchi & Saatchi’s challenge to creative minds around the world to present ideas to bring these people together.

DNA Project: Cape Town Station Activation

Every year in South Africa thousands of criminals escape conviction due to people disturbing crime scene evidence. The DNA Project set out to educate the public never to interfere with a crime scene. We created a 6x8m canvas out of small white stones. Onto this we spray painted the giant mugshot of a criminal. As people walked over the installation the criminal’s identity became more and more unrecognisable.

Les Affaires: Les Affaires Brings Creativity To The Streets

The Les Affaires newspaper hired Montreal agency Youville Communauté Créative to promote its special edition on creativity. The agency created and executed a guerrilla-style urban campaign on the streets of Montreal by targeting the city’s high-traffic business areas. A team of actors and members of the MTL 551 parkour collective took to the downtown core wearing business attire on top of dazzlingly coloured morphsuits. Squad members handed out over 3,500 newspapers in just a few short hours while entertaining passers-by with their acrobatic antics.

Horia Motoi: Repetition

Short rationale (optional): Horia Motoi ? a Romanian non-profit organization ? decided to speak not only about the autistic children, but also about their parents. Repetition is the main learning tool used for
helping autistic children to overcome their impaired social interaction and communication. The burden of doing the repetition lay with parents. Consequently, we asked some of the most important media channels to repeat part of their standard message ? stating, at the end, that the parents of an autistic children repeat thousands of times a single word until the child can understand it. The next day, the social network carried out the message: Facebook, bloggers, news feeds. The following days more and more unconventional spokespersons joined the cause.

JWT Warsaw: Copywriters Crossword

Our goal was to reach best copywriters from top advertising agencies in Warsaw. We created a crossword dedicated to the advertising business, and we published it in the biggest Polish marketing magazine. We sent it to 200 most awarded candidates and we asked them to complete the crossword. The solution was: “Paint all the letters A”. Thus, a simple crossword changed into QR code, and display the direct phone number to our creative director. Result: We hired a new copywriter.

Bar Aurora & Boteco Ferraz: Karaoke Breathalyzer

Bar Aurora & Boteco Ferraz present “Karaoke Breathalyzer”. To increase awareness about drunk driving, we created the world’s first microphone breathalyzer and invited people to sing karaoke. Once up on stage, with their guard down, we took them by surprise. At the end of each song, we didn’t show their score, we showed their alcohol blood level. Because let’s face it, when you feel you are ok to sing, you are probably not ok to drive.

Budweiser: Goal In The Dark

Men have 2 big passions: football/soccer & nightlife. They dont seem to get along sometimes. For that reason, we decided to join them and play a football/soccer match on a dance floor. We produced the first football/soccer match placed on the dance floor. And to make that possible, we created special suits that glow in the dark. Besides the football field, the (net) goal, the ball and the two referee cards also glow. A DJ was setting the music, the mood, while people enjoyed the party, drinking cool Budweiser. Finally, football came into nightlife.

Super Nanny: Control Toys

Super Nanny is a TV show that helps desperate parents to deal with badly behaved children. We had to promote its new season to parents. So we created a fictitious line of toys that featured absurd ways to discipline children and put them in a place where we were sure to find our target – toy stores. By taking a closer look at the boxes, they’d find the message “There are better ways to discipline your child. Watch Super Nanny.”
