Choro Jazz: Seashell Jazz

CHORO JAZZ is a music festival held in Ceará who has joined the list of the most important musical events of Brazil and the world, part of the European Forum Of Worldwide Music Festivals. To promote the 2012 edition of this Festival, Íntegra created “Seashell jazz”: seashells equipped with a specially produced mini sound system. Scattered alongside the main and busiest beaches of Fortaleza/CE, one of the places where the event takes place, the shells provoked the curiosity of passers by. By doing the typical gesture of one who puts the shell in the ear to listen to the noise of the sea, people were surprised by the sound that is part of the Festival program.

Nike: RUN Like ME

Brief: To launch the Nike LunarGlide+ 4 shoe in Japan, we wanted to illustrate the product benefit of helping one ‘run longer.’

Solution: We created Nike RUN Like ME, a unique interactive activation that merged Facebook, Nike+ and real world running. It was asocial running experiment where a real runner, Joseph Tame, would run 10 more meters every time the campaign’s Facebook Like button was pressed. Nike+ GPS was used to track each run along the way. The routes ran created live GPS art using the streets of Tokyo. The morepeople engaged on RUN Like ME, the more he ran, the more interesting his ran became and the more people talked about it.

Result: The campaign went beyond Facebook and to the streets where our runner met his fans, receiving both online and offline support for his efforts. News of his running was also picked up by Japan’s number one morning news program. In 30 days, our runner ran an unbelievable 42,000 meters and proved that the Nike LunarGlide+ 4 really does make you run longer.

University of Engineering and Technology: Potable Water Generator

The application period for 2013 was about to open, so UTEC, The University of Engineering and Technology, needed a solution to get students interested in applying for an engineering program. Nowadays, getting teenagers’ attention is quite difficult even for brands in the entertainment segment like PlayStation so imagine being an Engineering University trying to do it.

UTEC believes that engineering can change the world, so we decided to start by changing a local problem. Lima is the second largest capital in the world set on a desert, so the lack potable water is a huge problem. Having in mind that the presence of rain is almost zero, but at the same time the atmospheric humidity is about 98%, this inspired us to build the first billboard that produces drinking water out of air.

Zara Tapas Bar: Yamaraj, Drink and Get Driven

By and large, Indians are a God-fearing and superstitious lot. Zara, a popular Tapas Bar in Chennai, in association with Chennai Traffic Police decided to address drunken driving (responsible for 70% of road fatalities in India), by leveraging this mindset. Yama, the God of Death from Hindu mythology was used to drive home the message, quietly arriving in the patron’s car when the valet brought it back. Seeing the God of Death as a wake-up call, most patrons who experienced the live stunt opted to use the drivers-for-hire service.

TMN: St Valentine’s Day

Luis had the idea, TMN “produced” a surprise, with the help of the couple’s friends and colleagues. Filming inside the clinic was intended (supposedly) an institutional video commissioned by the Directorate. The shifts were changed so Maria João didn’t miss the timing. Luis suffered, but was up to the challenge, in a very cold night but we hope he will always remember fondly. We wish Luis, Maria João and all boyfriends the best of luck.
