To celebrate World Down Syndrome Day (21 March 2022) CoorDown launches their global awareness campaign “JUST THE TWO OF US”, to promote the right of people with Down Syndrome to experience romantic and sexual relationships and receive correct and accessible information to enjoy a full and healthy sexual freedom.

Through a crescendo of scenes bordering on the absurd, the campaign video makes use of hyperbole to show how families, especially when it comes to romantic relationships, can become a cumbersome presence in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities. Amid smiles and emotions that are too openly “shared”, the message of the starring couple leaves no doubt: “Love needs space”. It is a difficult balance for parents and carers to find, balancing protectiveness with being supportive and wanting their loved ones to live life to the fullest. We created a concept that showcased different athletes training for different sports disciplines, all the while showing the vast array of sports equipment and clothing available at Decathlon.

Through the advert, we aimed to aspire athletes to work hard, challenge themselves and never give up, claiming that “The more you give, the more you get back”

The end-product resulted in an inspirational brand movie that aligns itself with Decathlon’s core values and mantra.

To find new employees and communicate career at Nordea as a good choice, we decided to employ truly unique campaign heroes. They took the shape of Scandinavian animal species and embodied the brand’s nordic heritage. Their names were used as copy builders, and their images allowed us to create an original, attention-grabbing campaign which provided a steady pipeline of candidates and won numerous employer branding awards in Poland. Through employing various animals we also played into Nordea’s global Diversity & Inclusion strategy, highlighting that despite the differences we can all cooperate. This goes in line with our campaign’s title: “Different types. One team.” The visual side of the campaign was consistent throughout all the channels – digital, OOH, ambient, and print.
