Mental health problems are increasing among kids, which have been connected to more sedentary screen time and less physical activity. As a result, more and more kids are prescribed with anti-depressants, but physical activity has shown to have a similar effect as anti-depressants. We used social media against itself and brought back what TikTok used to be all about – movements. By encouraging kids to practice physical activity on TikTok, we can battle sedentary screen time and reward them for getting better conditions to keep going.
