NEW YORK (AdAge.com) — PepsiCo has shifted digital duties for its Gatorade brand from Omnicom Group's TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles, to WPP interactive agency VML, executives familiar with the matter say. The decision is the second time in recent months the beverage giant has moved digital business from Omnicom and TBWA.

Ação da CCE promove micro-inclusão digital dentro da Campus Party

A Campus Party acabou ontem, mas os resultados de uma ação que aconteceu por lá eu só vi com mais calma hoje. A CCE levou para o evento quatro perfis distintos: José, um artesão de máscaras; Sonhador e Peneira, uma dupla de repentistas; Renan, um florista e as costureiras da ONG Retece. Em comum, o fato de todos eles serem desconectados ou, em outras palavras, desprovidos de contato com a Internet e o que ela poderia oferecer para os seus respectivos serviços.

Durante o evento, eles conversaram com alguns campuseiros e aprenderam a ter um monte de perfil nos mais descolados sites das Mídias Sociais. Tiveram ajuda de blogueiros, designers, programadores e afins para aprender a abrir um blog, mexer no Twitter, fazer um folder, montar portifólio virtual, enfim, divulgar o seu trabalho no mundo online.

Todos ganharam equipamentos CCE e aquele que melhor desenvolveu sua presença online durante a semana, o artesão, ainda levou um bônus de R$ 3000,00. Prêmios também foram sorteados entre os campuseiros que se dispuseram a ajudar os desconectados.

A ação pareceu interessante à primeira vista, uma vez que mostrou que conectar-se não é tão complicado assim. Talvez não mostrou isso às pessoas certas (uma vez que a divulgação da ação ficou por conta de blog no Posterous, Twitter, Flickr e outras redes para pessoas minimamente conectadas), mas teve uma intenção legal. Se a CCE tiver bala na agulha, é uma ação para ser levada para fora da Campus Party e executada na raça com diversos pequenos empresários, artistas começando, ONGs, em acordos com Sebrae, selos e gravadoras pequenas, outras ONGs e até com um Criança Esperança da vida. Se ficar só na Campus Party, ficamos com aquela sensação de que é pouco. Tire você mesmo as suas conclusões no site da campanha.

Agora, se um dos ex-desconectados incrementar consideravelmente as vendas, as encomendas ou o reconhecimento por causa desta primeira experiência com a Internet, o esforço terá valido à pena pelo espírito da inclusão digital, mesmo que num universo micro (e ainda que, talvez, não aumente em nada as vendas da CCE). Aos novos conectados, deixo a recomendação: só não vale sair por aí dizendo que é Especialista em Social Media =)
