Vodafone Group is launching a strategic review of its mobile advertising business as part of a wider restructure of the business.
LONDON – The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has dismissed more than 50 complaints against a Department for Transport (DfT) TV ad encouraging consumers to drive five miles less a week.
A Rockstar Games, criadora da mastodontica série “Grand Theft Auto”, irá lançar no dia 18 de maio seu novo game, o faroeste “Red Dead Redemption” para Xbox 360 e PlayStation 3.
Em uma inicativa para promover o jogo, a produtora acaba de publicar um aplicativo para Facebook com a mesma temática, intitulado “Red Dead Redemption: Gunslingers”. É um RPG social, em que você pode duelar contra seus amigos ou estranhos, em busca de se tornar o mais famoso atirador do velho oeste.
É possível criar um personagem, definindo nome e classes estratégicas, como Outlaw (força), Fast Hands (velocidade), e Sharpshooter (precisão). Os duelos são apresentados com vídeos baseados na engine do próprio jogo de console, e os jogadores podem ganhar dezenas de insígnias e subir de nível no ranking geral.
A Rockstar Games lembra que o aplicativo está em modo beta, e espera realizar melhorias nos próximos dias de acordo com a experiência dos usuários.
É uma mecânica de jogo simples, já utilizada em sites como o famoso Duels, por exemplo. Mas aqui, se transforma em um belo caso de integração com rede social e possibilidades do Facebook.
