Coca-Cola: Share a Coke
Posted in: UncategorizedDespite healthy brand tracking data, 50% of teens and young adults hadn’t even enjoyed a ‘Coca-Cola’ in the previous month alone. We had to increase product consumption amongst the masses while targeting 24 year-olds, and get people talking about ‘Coke’ again. ‘Coca-Cola’ has always been an integral part of people coming together. But in our new digital world, the way we connect had changed. We had to jump start some real conversations – with people you may have lost touch with, or were yet to meet. So after 125 years of putting the same name on every bottle of ‘Coke’, we tried something new. We printed the 150 most popular Australian names on ‘Coke’ bottles, invited Australians to ‘Share a Coke’ with one another, and once more became part of people coming together with the best conversation starter of all – a first name.
PlayStation Vita: Metro station take-over
Posted in: UncategorizedOn February 22, Sony launched the PlayStation Vita portable gaming device with the slogan ‘The World is in Play’. The ad campaign celebrates the idea that through the new PS Vita, the two worlds of real life and gaming can be merged. In Belgium, that promise was brought to life by transforming Brussels’ biggest metro station into a super-sized soccer stadium with grass, dug-outs, a euphoric coach and a complete soccer team.

We were asked to create an unconventional outdoor advertisement to create awareness for Garnier’s new cure for parched and damaged hair. The new Garnier Fructis Oil Repair. In summertime, once you step out of Germany’s cities, the roads are lined with bales of dry straw. So we wrapped these bales of straw with wrappers that carried our message: The cure for parched, damaged hair. New Garnier Fructis Oil Repair.

Posted in: UncategorizedUnited Way of Puerto Rico: I Love You, I Hit You
Posted in: UncategorizedTo promote the launch of our website Entreparedes.org, we created awareness using a global form of art commonly used to express love: graffitis. Giant stickers using the phrases “Ana te amo / Ana I love You” and “María te amo / Maria I love You” were strategically placed as interventions in places of high pedestrian traffic. Approaching the graffiti uncovered the reality behind the expressions of affection: the letters were composed of an endlessly repeated phrase: “I hit you”. The other one hid the message “I insult you” in its letters. Below the messages, onlookers could make sense of the disturbing graffiti, from a small sign that read: “Abuse is hidden”.

Posted in: UncategorizedSamusocial: The warming hanger
Posted in: UncategorizedEach winter hundreds of homeless people die of cold. This year, Samusocial came to us searching for a quick, inexpensive way to get help. The solution came as The warming hanger.
In partner dry cleaners, customers received their clothes on a hanger which also displayed our message asking for clothes donations. People related with the homeless’ need for warm clothes and, by the means of the actual hanger they were holding, they found it easy to help. Their donations gave hundreds of homeless people a chance to survive this winter.

Sentosa Singapore Barclays Singapore Open: Soccer, Pool Table
Posted in: UncategorizedThe Barclays Singapore Open is played on one of the toughest courses in Asia. We were asked to create awareness for this event. So we highlighted the immense skill required to be a professional golfer by comparing it to other sports. Based on this idea, we imagine if we apply all these natural factors into other sports, say soccer, how would it be? It would be amazingly difficult to play. For this campaign we developed print and poster ads, bus advertisements and impossible but real pool tables, featuring slopes, trees and bunkers. We placed them inside sports bars around Singapore. Despite rain and indement weather on two of the days, the tournament still managed to draw a crowd of over 23.000 spectators.

Grohe Germany: The Giant Shower Head
Posted in: Uncategorized“Shower head with adjustable spray settings. Grohe. Enjoy water.”
GROHE Deutschland is the leading provider of premium bath faucets and showers, worldwide. As such the companies slogan is: Enjoy water. Every year Franfurt is home to the ISH, the world’s leading trade fair The Bathroom Experience. So for the launch of the GROHE giant shower head series, which lets you enjoy multiple spray settings while showering, we were asked to bring the companies slogan alive in an unexpected way while communicating the huge size of the shower heads and the sensation of multiple spray settings. Located in the center of Frankfurt city square Walther-von-Cronber-Platz is the biggest fountain in Germany, surounded by bars, restaurants, a huge shopping and office building and a hotel building with 24 floors. We create a giant size 3D floor graphic around the fountain to transform it into a gigantic shower head. Better, world’s biggest shower head with adjustable spray settings!

Nokia Lumia: Cinema Ambient Project
Posted in: UncategorizedAs part of the Nokia Lumia campaign in Poland, Nokia planned an event together with the Cinema City network. The event, to take place in 8 cities during the month of February , was to surprise movie goes with the amazing everyday — often we go to the movies as part of our free time during weekends. For certain film sessions i.e. selected films and time of the day, we hid special coupons under the seats in the cinema halls. As the commercial break was coming to an end — our Nokia Lumia product spot always being the last commercial to be aired — viewers were shown a 15 second spot with a well-known Polish celebrity that urged them to search for the hidden coupons. As soon as the spot ended viewers were encouraged to start looking for the copouns with the lucky ones getting the chance to win a Lumia 800 device. We recorded the event in each of the 8 cities with 64 movies and 64 lucky Nokia Lumia 800 winners.
