What happens after you die? It’s a question humanity has tried to answer since the beginning of time. Urban Haunt takes a fun approach to the subject for a noble cause. Urban Haunt is realtor service for the after-life, allowing you to buy property to haunt when you die. Properties include such famed New York landmarks as The Empire State Building, The Chrysler Building, The Flatiron, and more. The web site provides the customer with a brief list of the properties features, such as exorcism free guarantees or the opportunity to mess with tourists every night. The money raised goes to The National Trust for Historic Preservation, a privately funded nonprofit organization in order to help preserve these buildings well after our time here on earth.

A deal will probably be announced early next week, said the people, who asked not to be named because a contract hasn’t been signed.
Ms. Couric, who hosts a daytime talk show distributed by Walt Disney Co.’s ABC, would give Yahoo another recognizable name to draw viewers and advertisers. Marissa Mayer, who joined Yahoo as chief executive officer last year, has added gadget reviewer David Pogue and editor Megan Liberman from the New York Times.

The fact that the sandwich is not available at all McDonald’s locations nationwide simply feeds this hunger for the chain’s pork sandwich, which comes with pickles, onions and barbecue sauce and is shaped in an unusual patty, made to look as though there are bones inside.
According to Entrepreneur., one big fan of the sandwich, Alan Klein, turned his passion for McRib into an interesting side-project.
McRib Locator, a website and Android app that tracks where the sandwich is available has already charted around 1,500 sightings, with 300 confirmations this year (confirmed by users emailing Klein a photo of their receipt).
This is the kind of naturally occurring consumer advocacy and consumer generated media that CMOs dream about at night.
