Com um programa na internet, a empresa espera ajudar os consumidores a compreender melhor seus produtos e solucionar problemas.
O núcleo da programação do “Keep It Simple“ será ao vivo, transmitido através do (www.samsung.com/spstv).
Os episódios iniciais irão tratar de assuntos relacionados aos televisores digitais e os celulares/smartphones da Samsung, bem como relatos do último Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2010).
Todos os espectadores da web TV da Samsung poderão ainda fazer perguntas e tirar dúvidas através de um chat em tempo real, com uma equipe pronta para resolver os problemas de cada um.
No ano passado, a M.Benz lançou o seu “Live Talk” durante o Salão do Automóvel de Frankfurt. Naquela plataforma, os internautas tinham a chance de enviar questões que seriam respondidas ao vivo por especialistas e engenheiros da montadora alemã.
