Inusitadamente, os pedestres desavisados se empolgaram e montaram sobre as bolas saltitantes (veja aqui). Alguns convidados, vestidos a caráter, também percorriam as ruas para incentivar e chamar a atenção dos canadenses.
Stunt marketing de primeira, essa ação aconteceu, principalmente, para dar um gás na campanha “Make your world go rounder” que promove novos sabores de Mentos Gum, e seu novo hotsite promocional que irá distribuir prêmios em dinheiro aos canadenses.
O hotiste é uma espécie de “share your ideas”, muito comum, ultimamente. Lá, os canadenses terão que dizer, em até 100 caracteres, o que deve ser feito para tornar o mundo mais redondo. Aqueles que escreverem as duas respostas mais criativas e divertidas levam CAD$5 mil. O resultado deve sair em breve, assim que o verão chegar.
