The International Rugby Board (IRB) is hoping to capitalise on the success of last autumn’s Rugby World Cup with a new PR drive. The Dublin-based world governing body for rugby has appointed sports agency Vero Communications to advise the IRB on its strategy to spread the game’s global popularity.
