The International Flag of Planet Earth

New Glowing Library in New York

Curious Set Design of Animal Figurines

Hanging Red Stairs in London House

Kew Gardens "Super powers" (2015) 2:00 (UK)

Kew Gardens isn’t just like any other garden. It gives kids super powers. It also gives adults a chance to live vicariously through their kids. Charming.

Fuji "Mountain Bikers Save The mountain" (2015) 2:00 (India)

India’s mountainous regions are quickly disappearing as industry destroys them for new infrastructure, mining, and commercialization. For local villagers who live nearby it is not only disrupting their way of life, but since mountains are sacred places, their faith is being lost, so to speak. Thankfully, Fuji Mountain Bikes saw a common love between mountain bikers and faithful alike and decided to do something about the problem. As India is a deeply religious country, no one would dare destroy a temple. So Fuji and its team of bikers went up to the mountain and built one. The end of this film sums it up best. In this case faith didn’t move a mountain. It kept the mountain from moving.

California Dream Under Attack in All Manner of Cinematic Imaginings

The disaster film “San Andreas” is the latest example of Hollywood’s tendency to revel in California’s pain, but it comes at a worrisome moment for the state.

Mario Kart Fury Road

Spend the night in Foster's No Worries Motel

It’s music festival season, especially in Finland. Which means you’ll need a place to crash after the last band finishes their encore. Enter, The Fosters No Worries Motel. Only available in Finland, mind you. And it’s not a motel so much as a few crash pads on the concert grounds, in partnership with AirBnB but still. There’s like four places all around Finland where you can stay, and they’re all brought to you by a laid back Australian “diplomat,” named Louis. Seems like you have some decent Foster’s-branded amenities to go with it including of course, beer. At around $20 bucks a night (USD) or the cost of three beers in Helsinki, it’s a bargain.

ELLE Australia cover shows Nicole Trunfio breastfeeding

Nicole Trunfio’s Elle Australia cover shows her actually nursing her son Zion Clark. It was an unplanned moment, as Zion Clark was already there for the photoshoot, posing with mom as she wore Prada and her winning smile. But then Zion was hungry and Nicole stepped off the set to feed him.
“This wasn’t a contrived situation: Zion needed a feed, Nicole gave it to him, and when we saw how beautiful they looked we simply moved her onto the set,” ELLE’s editor-in-chief Justine Cullen says. “It was a completely natural moment that resulted in a powerful picture.”

Not everyone thinks this is a natural moment, as seen in the facebook comments on Elle’s site, some are pointing that Zion is not wearing a diaper – which he wasn’t for the photo shoot – others are complaining that Nicole isn’t connecting to Zion since she’s not looking at him. Welcome to Motherhood, Nicole, the special title that means anyone and everyone will weigh in on everything you do at all times.

Oh, and about that diaperless baby? “Another natural moment that took place on set was Zion answering nature’s call on the selection of international and local designer clothing worn by his mother in the shoot.” – oops. Subscribers of ELLE Australia will receive the model nursing cover, while the cover below is the one you’ll find in stores.
