Com o conceito “Cuenta o que te hace feliz” a Coca Cola da Espanha lançou uma campanha online, toda ambientada em uma grande rede social chamada “Happing”, que agrega o perfil de milhares de fãs da marca que contam e trocam experiências sobre o que mais lhes deixam felizes.

A idéia de estimular seus consumidores a compartilhar momentos importantes da vida, é algo que caminha a favoravelmente no rumo de uma das mais fortes tendências da comunicação. Por isso, também, houve a criação de um (perfil no YT), para que todos pudessem compartilhar seus comentários e vídeos particulares sobre momentos marcantes e, principalmente, felizes. Blogs e um mapa virtual que funciona como um “happing locator” na qual o usuário pode encontrar e se comunicar com outros colegas, também fazem parte dessa grande rede social.

Após mudar radicalmente sua proposta na Espanha, no final do ano passado, a Coca Cola ficou absolutamente associada com a “felicidade“. Não é à toa que eles acabaram de anunciar a criação do “Instituto Coca Cola de la Felicidade“, uma organização que tem a proposta de difundir os conhecimentos sobre essa característica tão boa em nossas vidas.
