Posted in: UncategorizedMEDIA: The BBC has appointed the deputy MD of Henry’s House as its new head of press for BBC1. Julian Payne will take up the role in mid March, replacing Jane Fletcher, who resigned after last year’s ‘Crowngate’ affair, when the Queen was misleadingly shown storming out of a photo shoot.
