Para quem anda apostando no crescimento destas redes sociais e que elas vão ultrapassar o Orkut no Brasil, fica nossa aposta: O Orkut não será batido por nenhum outro player no curto prazo. Pode haver mais diluição da presença online do brasileiro em 2010, mas o Orkut continuará soberano. É como já falamos por aqui outras vezes: é fácil cair no truque de que “o orkut já era”, afinal de contas você nunca mais foi no site ver o que aquela ex-namorada (ou namorado) anda fazendo. Fazer aplicativos para Twitter, Facebook e iPhone parece ser muito mais sexy e provavelmente mais fácil de vender para o seu cliente. (ei, eu também uso muito mais o Twitter!) Mas se você quer sair do nicho e ir aonde o povo está ainda precisa ir nas Redes Globos da internet brasileira: orkut e MSN Messenger (que nem tem mais esse nome mas todo mundo continua chamando de MSN). Continua valendo a história de que não existe solução de mídia que sirva para tudo, mas as notícias da morte do orkut foram um tanto exageradas.
