The Coca-Cola Contour Bottle is celebrating its 100th birthday. As part of the celebration, Coca-Cola UK is turning the Coke bottle shape into music. To be exact, into a song called „Bottlebeats – The Birthday Bottle Song.“
In an inspired piece of sonic branding, Ogilvy & Mather Frankfurt translates the iconic Coke bottle into a completely different medium: A birthday song that looks like the Coke Bottle. Ogilvy created a song with soundwaves perfectly matching the bottle’s iconic shape by limiting and compressing the audiosignal.
The song is shared via Soundcloud and on other social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Pinterest to say happy birthday to everyone and celebrate together with Coke.
