Coca-Cola ajuda jovens colombianos a fazerem novos amigos

Facebook CMO's Four Rules for Going Mobile

When Facebook went public in May 2012, it faced seriously questions over its ability to grow its mobile business. Two years later it generates 59% of its ad revenue from mobile and that momentum is expected to continue.

Underscoring that shift, the social network’s first CMO, Gary Briggs, told the Business Marketing Association’s annual conference in Chicago on Wednesday that a month and a half ago Facebook surpassed 1 billion active mobile users, a threshold he doesn’t believe the company will ever get to on desktops.

The change is obviously dramatic and also totally conscious, which Mr. Briggs said was essential to go mobile. Here are his four must-dos to becoming an effective mobile marketer:

Apple Gets Beats for $3 Billion. Here's Why They Should Keep It Ad-Free

Apple has agreed to buy headphone maker and streaming music service provider Beats Electronics for $3 billion, the company announced on Wednesday. Beats co-founders and music moguls Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre will join Apple as part of the deal.

News of the acquisition first leaked weeks ago and spurred speculation over Apple’s motivations. With celebrity spokespeople including LeBron James and Nicki Minaj, Beats has cultivated the type of “cool” brand image commonly associated with Apple but that some consider to be on the wane since former Apple CEO Steve Jobs passed away.

It also has developed a piece of hardware-as-fashion that could play well into current Apple CEO Tim Cook’s stated plan to enter the wearable-devices arms race.

TECHNOLOGY AND HANDCRAFTING TRADITION COMES TOGETHER WITH SAMSUNG SMART BIKE. Thanks to the great experience of Maestro Giovanni Pelizzoli – a world famed frame builder – and the talent of a young student of Samsung Maestros Academy – Alice Biotti – Samsung Smart Bike came alive.

This is the first bicycle that protects the rider thanks to its safety components, controlled by a Samsung Smartphone. It comes with an innovative bicycle-frame that neutralizes the most dangerous vibrations to the human body, 4 laser beams to alert other drivers that the bike is coming along, an integrated GPS system to tell local authorities which routes should be immediately turned into real bike-lanes.

This is Samsung Smart Bike, the perfect mix between future and heritage, presented with great success during the 2014 Milan Design Week. http://www.maestrosacademy.com
