Eu, que trabalho com comunicação há alguns anos, percebo que, a cada dia que passa, os anunciantes se mostram mais interessados em redes sociais. E as dúvidas do tipo: quando, quanto e como investir, são só algumas delas.

As respostas podem ser imediatas ou não. Mas não importa. O que mais importa, para os anunciantes, é a enorme necessidade em ter que se aproximar dos seus clientes e consumidores através destes pontos de contato, mais democráticos e interativos.

Quem teve uma boa ideia, partindo da premissa de estar (obrigatoriamente) antenada com tudo o que diz respeito às redes sociais, foi a Turkish Airlines, a maior e mais conhecida companhia aérea da Turquia.

Há algum tempo, a empresa virou referência ao começar a investir na criação de perfis em várias redes sociais, e promoções difundidas nestes perfis. Mas não era isso que bastava para a Turkish Airlines ficar satisfeita. Foi então que a empresa decidiu dar início ao Social Trippin, que é nada menos do que um evento para debater as inovações e as tendências das redes e mídias sociais como plataformas de comunicação e relacionamento.
O Social Trippin ocorre quatro vezes por ano, e acontece em cidades destino onde a companhia aérea opera. Londres e Berlin, por exemplo, já sediaram suas edições.

Especialistas de várias áreas, programadores, publicitários, blogueiros e jornalistas estão sempre entre os convidados. Mas quem realmente ganha com o evento são os colaboradores da Turkish, que aprendem e compartilham conhecimentos, durante o encontro. Além de servir como uma ferramenta para melhorar a vivência dos colaboradores com as redes sociais, o Social Trippin colabora para instituir uma sólida política interna de uso das redes sociais, o que hoje é muito comum no universo corporativo.
