Ao invés de investir em uma estratégia que não garanta assertividade plena, o DBS Bank de Cingapura apostou no crowdsourcing e começou a perguntar aos próprios membros da “Geração Y” como seria o banco ideal.
A iniciativa é baseada num concurso realizado em parceria com uma organização de apoio a jovens talentos do país asiático.
Para incentivar o envio das propostas inovadoras, que premiarão os participantes com prêmios em dinheiro, o banco criou uma página no Facebook, incluindo nela informações adicionais sobre o concurso.
