Worldwide Partners Repackages Itself

SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) — Worldwide Partners, a network of some 90 independent shops, is reformulating itself into a more aggressive holding company to compete for new business on the world stage. Al Moffat, president-CEO, described Worldwide Partners as a "reverse Omnicom" — the agencies own the holding company, and the holding company works for them.
