TracyLocke Brings in Gier as Adviser

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) — Longtime food and beverage marketer Randy Gier has made the leap to the agency side. He has been hired by Omnicom Group's TracyLocke to serve in a newly created role as adviser to the office of the CEO.
