Tracey Emin and Erin O’Connor sign up to Westfield cultural scheme

LONDON – Shopping centre operator Westfield has recruited Mary Portas, Tracey Emin and other well-known figures to form a panel to boost the fashion and culture credentials of the Stratford City centre it is due to open next year.
