Judging by this ad from Australia, Target believes pregnant women will appreciate the suggestion that it takes heavy machinery to lift their suddenly giant boobs. I think that’s a little insensitive, but what do I know? I’m one of the few Davids writing for this site who doesn’t wear a bra (how does it feel, Gianatasio?). But I did show this ad to an actual live woman, who said, “Those are not maternity boobs,” then questioned how safe the crane operators were, given the situation. I’m not so worried about them; they have a union. But the patience of that giant woman they’re working on shouldn’t go unheralded. Via Ads of the World.
