Shameless returns with 3.1m viewers on Channel 4

LONDON – Channel 4’s Manchester-set comedy drama ‘Shameless’ kicked off its sixth series last night with 3.1m viewers, higher than any of its ratings for the previous series, according to unofficial overnight figures.
