Sci-Fi channel showed too many ads, rules Ofcom

LONDON – NBC Universal’s Sci-Fi channel has been rapped for exceeding the permitted number of advertising minutes for the second time in a month, while ITV’s ‘GMTV with Lorraine’ is in trouble over commercial promotion in editorial content.
