Regional publishers win local TV news contracts

LONDON – Consortia involving regional publishers Johnston Press, Newsquest, the Press Association, Trinity Mirror, and Northern Irish broadcaster UTV, have been awarded the controversial regional news contracts for channel three, currently held by ITV.
