Red Knights closer to Man Utd takeover bid after raising £1.5bn

LONDON – The Red Knights, the group of financiers looking to take control of Manchester United from the Glazer family, have raised a reported £1.5bn from 60 investors, including Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide vice-chairman Richard Hytner.
