Publicis revenue down 4.4% in first quarter

LONDON – Publicis Groupe, parent to Starcom Mediavest Group and ZenithOptimedia, has posted a 4.4% drop in organic revenue for the first quarter of 2009 and admitted “market deterioration is much worse than anticipated”.
