Mike Clasper replacing Crosby as ITV’s independent director

LONDON – ITV has finalised another key component of its new board, announcing that former Procter & Gamble and HM Revenue & Customs chief, Mike Clasper, will replace Sir James Crosby as non-executive senior independent director.
