McCann Erickson sues KBS&P for allegedly poaching staff

LONDON – Two high-profile North American ad agencies are set to clash in court after McCann Erickson filed a lawsuit against Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal & Partners claiming that the agency poached key talent and conspired to snatch its Weight Watchers business.
