NEW YORK (AdAge.com) — Magazines that chase big audiences with dirt-cheap subscription prices may be hurting themselves more than they know. Nearly 75% of the magazines that cut those prices even further between 2002 and 2009 also saw individually paid subscriptions decline anyway.
