KFC President Leaves Amid Brand Overhaul

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) — Amid tough times at the chicken chain, the president of KFC USA, Gregg Dedrick, is leaving after 20 years and will be succeeded by Yum Brands Chief Operating and Development Officer Roger Eaton.
