Hotline: Aegis board recommends opposition to Bollore’s request

The Aegis board of directors has written to the group’s shareholders, recommending that they oppose the Havas chairman Vincent Bollore’s fifth request to place two Bollore Group representatives, Philippe Germond and Roger Hatchuel, on the Aegis board.
