If you go back in time, you will recall that sexy actress Heather Locklear played a cop in the legendary series “TJ Hooker” with William Shatner. She was best remembered to be an upbeat cop making arrests and helping Shatner fight crooks in that 80’s classic series. Perhaps if she would look back at those roles, she would know that in real life, cops rarely give exemptions especially if you are suspected to be drunk while driving.

This was the scene as Locklear was reportedly arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Montecito. The police responded to a call where Locklear was seen driving erratically in a parking lot. Makes you wonder if this has something to do with her reported depressed state as of late.
