Global’s acquisition of GCap Media cleared by OFT

LONDON – Global Radio’s £375m acquisition of GCap Media has cleared its last regulatory hurdle, with the Office of Fair Trading accepting its disposal of several Midlands stations as a means of clearing competition concerns over the deal.
