‘Dexter’ Gets a Shot on Broadcast

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) — CBS has found great success featuring prime-time characters who find killers and bring them to justice. Now the Tiffany network is adding a show to its schedule that focuses on one of the murderers themselves. CBS said it will begin showing episodes of "Dexter," the drama from sibling cable network Showtime about a Miami forensics expert who is actually a serial killer with a unique moral code: He kills only murderers who, for various reasons, cannot be brought to justice.
