NEW YORK (AdAge.com) — Indie agency Cramer-Krasselt has hired Anne Bologna, the former founding partner and CEO of Toy, New York, to helm its New York operation. The move comes three months after the surprise shuttering of Toy, a shop that collected numerous ad industry fans in its four-year run.
