Compromise allows Sky rivals to offer sports channels pending appeal

LONDON – BSkyB and Ofcom have reached a deal in their ongoing pay-TV court battle that will allow BT, Top Up TV and Virgin Media to offer Sky Sports 1 and 2 next season at Sky’s current rate card price with the prospect of a refund.
